They NEVER Answer The Phone I Have Been Calling for Days to try n make an appointment with my physician. I Feel like I'm jumping and Diving Through Hurdles, which is not Right!! When you leave a vmail No One Returns your call. At this point I'm ready to find another Office. This is sad and very unprofessional!!

I am very disappointed with the waiting experience at Hamilton Health Centre. The waiting time was extremely long, far beyond the scheduled appointment, and there was little to no communication or updates provided to patients. Sitting for hours without clear information was frustrating and stressful. While the I asked staff they told me 20 minutes behind & my uncle & aunt had appointment 9:20am called at 10:50am the overall waiting time was 1 hour 30minutes management needs serious improvement. Better scheduling, clearer communication, and respect for patients’ time would make a significant difference. I hope the Hamilton health centre takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the patient experience.

I am changing PCP's as of January 1, 2026 when my plan renews. Had so many complications with this location (Steelton) from FMLA forms to referrals. Dr. Hoadley seems to not care. She scheduled me an appointment in October, then I found out she's out until December, so of course they had to call me to reschedule. I just canceled the appointment today. Do not want to go back. Also on my FMLA form for my back was only good til October 1st and of course she can't update it because of her absence. I will talk with the spine specialist and get help with that.

Love Dr. Williams and of course when he went to Steelton location I followed. My first visit about a month ago was terrible dealing with the lady at the front desk. Definitely not customer friendly and has an attitude. Tried, well did overlook it. Today I was having problems with getting a refill, not necessarily this location fault but what was told from me the other pharmacy left me confused. The lady on the phone from Hamilton Health was very rude. Asked for her supervisor but started heading toward the location. Just wanted to see for myself if it was the same lady. To my surprise it was. Talked to the supervisor and got an understanding of the issue, and the supervisor said she never got complaints on the rude Lady before. I find that hard to believe though. Dr Williams live you as a Dr. but definitely can't put up with this foolish woman. So I got to find another PCP.

This care practice has not given my grandmothers ID care with her work permit numbers. My grandmother was seen June 26th and was called and messaged to see if maybe they misplaced or taken it. We’ve called police as everytime my family goes we are told that someone will meet with us but nobody does. Anyone who goes here have you had an issue with work permit, IDs, or if they have a lost and found that they haven’t spoken to us about? We’ve been trying for 3 weeks and no almost a month with no response.
